Features that make the difference

  • Material: Aluula/alu membranes are light and stiff (premium), Dacron is cheaper and tough , great for learning.
  • Handles: fixed handles (light, direct) or a boom (best trim, a bit heavier).
  • Drift: important for the wave , the wing should float along neutrally.
  • Wind range & struts: stiff wings handle more wind and gusts; light-wind wings are bigger and more efficient.

Price orientation 2026

Rough direction: previous-year/entry approx. €400–600, mid-range approx. €700–900, premium (Aluula) approx. €1000–1300. Previous-year models are great for learning and save a lot.
